The appeal court sitting in Abuja will tomorrow the 8th of November, 2013 pass its judgement on a case against Governor Godswill Akpabio of Akwa Ibom state by Engr. Frank Okon who contested the 2011 PDP primaries with him. A Federal High court in Abuja presided by Justice Kafarati had earlier dismiss the case saying that Frank Okon had no power to sue Akpabio over the result of Primaries.
Engr. Frank okon then headed to the appalate court to seek redress on the issue and tommorow is the Judgement day.
